Platform Terms & Conditions of Use 44cuci

1Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 44cuci services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a Malaysian citizens or a valid permit holder residing in Malaysia.
• You must register as a accurate and truthful personal information — full name, phone number, and date of birth as per your identification card.
• You are not legally prohibited from participating in online entertainment activities in your area of residence.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or playing ban issued by any relevant authority.

By clicking the "Register" button on the 44cuci platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all the eligibility requirements above. 44cuci will not be held liable for any consequences arising from false information submitted during registration.

2User Account

Each 44cuci member is fully responsible for their own account. The following rules apply to user accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one 44cuci account. Duplicate registrations, whether using different personal details or different devices, are strictly prohibited.
• Password confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your 44cuci account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
• User responsibility: All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have previously reported a security vulnerability to 44cuci.
• Updating your information: If your personal details change (such as your phone number or email), please update your 44cuci account profile promptly.
• Account transfer: A 44cuci account may not be transferred to another party under any circumstances.

3Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the 44cuci platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Available deposit and withdrawal methods are:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking: FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the 44cuci account. 44cuci reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification. Any withdrawal attempt to a third-party account will be automatically rejected.

4Bonus & Promotions

44cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Rollover (wagering) requirements: Every bonus credited to your 44cuci account carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover rates vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the respective promotional terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the stipulated period will be automatically forfeited.
• One active bonus at a time: By default, only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms.

5Game Rules

• Final result: Once a match or game has ended and the result is confirmed by the 44cuci system, that result is final. Appeals will only be considered where a clear technical error has occurred.
• Technical disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 44cuci reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund all related wagers.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44cuci platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all remaining balance:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or programs to play on the 44cuci platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 44cuci system
• Conducting any form of money laundering through the 44cuci platform
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner contrary to the intent of the promotion
• Using the 44cuci platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including for commercial or business purposes
• Transferring funds between different 44cuci user accounts as a means of circumventing rollover requirements

• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents
• Activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or system abuse
• Requests from relevant legal authorities
• Account closure at the user's own request

If your account is closed at your own request and no fraudulent activity is suspected, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your original payment method within 5 business days. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 44cuci reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the fraudulent activity.

For the self-exclusion programme, 44cuci members may apply for a temporary or permanent account closure through the account settings section or by contacting 44cuci customer support. Permanent self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed within the first 6 months.

9Limitation of Liability

44cuci provides an online entertainment platform with the intent of delivering a safe and enjoyable experience. However, the following limitations of liability apply:

• 44cuci is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of anticipated profits.
• 44cuci's maximum liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the net deposit amount credited to the account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• 44cuci does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. System maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.
• Users are solely responsible for all betting decisions made, and 44cuci is not liable for any losses arising from those decisions.

10Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

44cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes through:

• Email sent to the address registered to the account
• Updates to this Terms & Conditions page with a new effective date

Continued use of the 44cuci platform after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact 44cuci support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration in accordance with procedures established by 44cuci.
